Who is BennyZA

BennyZA was established in 2011 and has been an integral part of my life since. I love my job and I hope this translates to the service you receive from me. My company started off on BidOrBuy where we sold to the general public. I decided to migrate my store to my own website and things have grown from there exponentially. Our catalogue has been dynamic and constantly improving, I am always trying to source the best products for my clients and I couple that with exceptional service to provide a truly awesome online shopping experience.

The name may not be too exciting but BennyZA has a personal touch to it, no surprise of course since it is named after me. Every now and then people do not realize that Benny is the name of the website and I get the occasional “Dear Best Brands, Best Prices” email salutations. I would like to clarify on the record that Best Brands, Best Prices is our short and sweet slogan.

Now I do understand the climate around E-commerce in South Africa and I have heard many tales of scams being done to unfortunate individuals by unscrupulous characters. I have dealt with skeptical clients in the past that have fallen prey to these scams. It tarnishes the reputation of all E-commerce stores and really grinds my gears. I fully sympathize with the individuals who approach buying from my website with trepidation. It is one of the reasons I have worked so hard to build a positive reputation of my company. I believe transparency is one of the key aspects to any successful business and that is why I fully embrace all feedback. There are several channels available to see this in action, from Facebook reviews to Google reviews. With an impressive 4.9 stars on Google ratings I believe my track record speaks for itself.
