Delphi-X Observer™ Fluorescence
The outstanding optical performance of the Delphi-X Observer™ makes it ideal for Life Science fluorescence applications where a high-performance optical system is required. The large 22-25 mm fields of view and the high numerical aperture of the Plan Fluarex 60 mm parafocal EIS objectives enable perfect observations and color rendering at high resolving power.

Models
Fluorescence models are based on the main Delphi-X Observer series, configured with specific objectives and illumination for fluorescence applications.
Note: UV and Violet excitation requires Plan Fluarex (APLi) objectives.

Specifications
Standard Super Wide Field SWF 10x/22 mm (Ø 30 mm tubes). Optional ergonomic tilting head comes with SWF 10x/25 mm eyepieces.
Siedentopf trinocular head with 30° inclined tubes. Interpupillary distance 47-78 mm. Three-position beamsplitter (100:0 / 80:20 / 100:0). Optional ergonomic 0-35° tilting trinocular head available.
Revolving sextuple reversed nosepiece on ball-bearings.
Consists of high numerical aperture 60 mm parafocal objectives and a 200 mm focal length tube lens, providing superior optical performance and chromatic aberration correction.
All optics are anti-fungus treated. All S40x and higher objectives are spring-loaded.

• Plan Semi-Apochromatic Fluarex (APLi/PLFi): 4x, 10x, 20x, S40x, S100x(oil). Required for UV and Violet excitation.
190 x 152 mm stage with 80 x 54 mm integrated right-handed rackless mechanical stage. Designed for 2 slides. Comes with scratch-resistant Gorilla glass.
Coaxial coarse and fine adjustment with 100 graduations, 1 µm precision. Total travel 35 mm. Adjustable rack stop and friction control.
In-height adjustable N.A. 0.90/1.25 Abbe swing-out condenser with numerical aperture identification marks.
Choice of two systems:
1. 100W HBO: 100 W mercury vapor light source with a 6-position rotating carousel. Includes standard filter sets for Blue and Green excitation.
2. Multi-LED: 4-position or 6-position LED attachments with multiple wavelengths (e.g., 365, 470, 525, 630 nm). Includes standard filter sets.
Choice of two Köhler illuminations:
1. Diascopic intensity adjustable 3 W NeoLED™ Köhler illumination.
2. Diascopic intensity adjustable 100 W halogen Köhler illumination.
The unique iCare Sensor automatically switches off the illumination when the user steps away from the microscope to save energy and bulb life.
Supplied with power cord, dust cover, spare fuse, user manual, and 5 ml immersion oil. All packed in a polystyrene box.
