Delphi-X Inverso™ Life Science Microscope
Delphi-X Inverso™ is an inverted microscope for the professional with demanding applications of living cell cultures and stained samples. It is available in two configurations: for phase contrast plus DIC (differential interference contrast) equipment, or for fluorescence applications.
Super contrast semi-apochromatic objectives with a collar adjustment ring assure perfect observation of cells or tissues in 1.2 mm thick Petri dishes or flasks.

Specifications
Pair of DIN HWF plan 10x/25 mm eyepieces. (Optional 10x/22 mm eyepieces available).
Trinocular head with 45° inclined tubes. Interpupillary distance 47-78 mm. Optical path selector (100:0, 80:20, 0:100).
Revolving sextuple nosepiece on ball-bearings. Can be equipped with DIC prisms for 10x, 20x, and 40x objectives.
High numerical infinity semi-apochromatic long working distance plan phase Fluarex PLPHFi 10x/0.30, 20x/0.45, S40x/0.60 IOS objectives.
• The 20x, 40x, and optional 60x objectives are equipped with a collar adjustment ring for glass thicknesses from 0 to 1.2 mm.
• Fluarex™ objectives are made of low-absorption glass.
• All optics are anti-fungus treated and anti-reflection coated.
340 x 230 mm stage, equipped with a coaxial mechanical 130 x 85 mm X-Y stage. Supplied with inserts for cell culture dishes (ø 38mm, ø 54mm), standard slides, Multiwell plates, and Teraski plates.
Rotating N.A. 0.55 condenser with 6 positions (Brightfield, Phase 10x/20x, 40x, 60x, and optional DIC). Working distance is 26 mm. The arm with condenser can be tilted backwards for convenient access to the stage.
A magnification changer with a 1.5x lens allows intermediary magnifications, enabling quick switching from 20x to 30x or 60x to 90x without changing objectives.
Coaxial 10 mm coarse and fine adjustments with 1 μm precision and friction adjustment.
Transmitted 5 W LED or 100 W halogen intensity adjustable illumination with internal 100-240 V power supply.
Supplied with power cord, dust cover, green filter, alignment telescope, and user manual. Includes metal inserts for ø 38mm cell culture dish, ø 54mm dish/76x26mm slides, Multiwell plates, and Teraski plates.
