bScope® Fluorescence Microscope
The bScope® microscope for fluorescence microscopy is equipped with four monochromatic 5W FluoLEDs for excitation in the blue, green, violet, and ultraviolet spectral regions. These microscopes are supplied with routine fluorescence filter sets.
The robust and compact size of the bScope® with its Cable Storage System and integrated carrying grip allows more working space and safer operation.

Models
The bScope® for fluorescence is available in two main models, differing by their objective set. Both models include the 4-LED fluorescence epi-illumination.

Specifications
High wide field HWF 10x/22 mm secured eyepieces (Ø 30 mm tube).
Siedentopf trinocular head with 30° inclined Ø 30 mm tubes. Interpupillary distance 48-76 mm. Diopter ± 5 adjustment on left eyepiece. The trinocular head has a light path selector (100:0 / 0:100) and generates an erect image.
Revolving and reversed ball-bearing quintuple nosepiece.
Infinity Corrected (IOS) objectives. All optics are anti-fungus treated and anti-reflection coated.
• Plan PLi: 4x, 10x, 20x, S40x, S100x (oil). For applications where UV excitation is not needed.
• Plan Fluarex PLFi: 4x, 10x, 20x, S40x, S100x (oil). For applications needing higher resolving power or Violet/UV excitation.
All S40x and S100x objectives are spring-loaded.
Scratch-resistant 152/197 x 131 mm stage with integrated 75 x 36 mm X-Y rackless mechanical stage and soft-close removable specimen holder.
Standard height adjustable Abbe N.A. 1.25 condenser with iris diaphragm and swing-out filter holder.
Double coaxial, low-positioned coarse and fine adjustments with 180 graduations. Precision 1.1 µm, 200 µm per rotation. Total travel approx 19 mm. Supplied with adjustable rack stop.
Epi-illumination with four 5 W LEDs for fluorescence excitation:
• Blue (450-470 nm)
• Green (515-535 nm)
• Violet (390-400 nm)
• Ultraviolet (360-370 nm)
Supplied with UV protection shield.
3 W adjustable Köhler NeoLED™ transmitted illumination with internal 100-240 V power supply.
The iCare Sensor automatically switches off the illumination when the user steps away from the microscope, saving energy and bulb life.
Supplied with power cord, dust cover, tools, spare fuse, white filter, user manual, and 5 ml immersion oil. All packed in a polystyrene box.
